My real estate investing
began in 1989 as a real estate agent for Century 21 while in the Marine Corps.
My real estate experiences are many – real estate agent, broker, franchise
owner, investor, landlord, fixer, wholesaler, builder, radio talk show host,
money lender, software designer, author, and real estate educator.
My battle scars and
experiences are many as I’ve lived, thrived, and
invested in all types of markets. To this day
I’m an in the trenches real estate investor, laissez
faire capitalist, and lifelong student real estate
investing, marketing, and life.
Several years ago I
began creating books, courses, newsletters,
seminars, and software that would teach real estate
investors how to be successful in real estate.
